Shirt Brain Custom Products Inc ("Shirt Brain," "we," "us") makes custom apparel and promotional products in the Tampa Bay area. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us when you call, text, email, book a call or request a quote: name, phone number, email, business name and order details.
  • Artwork and files you send us for your order.
  • Basic website analytics (pages visited, device type) used to improve our site.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions, prepare quotes and proofs, fulfill and deliver orders, and send order updates.
  • To schedule calls you book with us.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Customer-care text messages (SMS Terms)

Texting is not active yet. These terms describe the service planned for (727) 663-9009. Please call or email until activation is confirmed.

  • After texting is activated, you can start a conversation by texting Shirt Brain at (727) 663-9009 under the invitation on our Contact page. By sending that text, you agree to receive one-to-one replies and related customer-care messages about your inquiry, requested quote, artwork proof, order, pickup or delivery. We do not use this service for bulk marketing or unrelated promotional texts.
  • Providing a phone number alone does not give permission for text messages. This customer-care texting service is for conversations you start by texting us first. Message frequency varies with your inquiry or order. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Texting is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can contact us by phone or email instead.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (727) 663-9009 or email tom@shirtbrain.com. Opting out stops text messages; it does not cancel your order.
  • We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver our messages.

Sharing

We share information only with providers who help us run the business (for example payment processing, shipping, email, phone and scheduling services) and when required by law.
